That the City Council adopts Ordinance No. 977 incorporating the City of Hebron, Nebraska, Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Zoning Map, and Subdivision Regulations, including the extraterritorial jurisdiction extending one-mile from the corporate limits of the City, as recommended by the City of Hebron Planning Commission and after completion of the required Public Hearings, with such Plan in full being attached thereto and incorporated fully herein by reference.
